DOCUMENTS NON-IMMIGRANT - DEPENDANT 'O'- SINGLE ENTRY
Jurisdiction for applicants applying from Mumbai, Pune, Goa & Ahmedabad comprising the states of: Maharashtra, Goa, Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh.
Passports which are not issued in jurisdiction for applicants applying in Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Pune and Goa can be submitted with local address proof. (Registered leave and license agreement copy and Company’s letter stating your current address)After, the consulate verifies the documents submitted by the applicant, the consulate holds the right to ask for additional documents depending on the case if required.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION & ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS
- Personal Covering Letter is Mandatory in Typed format only. (Applicant Name, Passport Details, Travel Dated, Purpose of travel, accommodation details, expenses to be borne by, Signature, Contact number, residential address and email address)
- All documents from Thailand needs to be submitted with Original Sign & Sign of Thai Company. (Also For Form 50, Form 30, Form 20, DBD Papers and list of shareholders copies needs to have original stamp and sign by Thai Company )
- Form 50 to be submitted for Year 2563 – 2564 , Form 30 to be submitted for Year 2563, DBD Papers to be submitted for Year 2563 , shareholder lists to be submitted for Year 2563
- Bank Statement for last 06months updated with Original Seal and Signature from bank is required. (Minimum 700 USD as closing balance required per person)
- All Travel agents needs to tag agency sticker on passports for submission of applications.
- After the consulate verifies the documents submitted by the applicant, the consulate holds the right to ask for additional documents depending on the case if required.

Photo Specifications
Please provide two recent photograph (not more than 6 months old) of yourself, which should not have been used previously in the passport. The photograph should be in colour and:
- Taken against a white background so that features are distinguishable and contrast against the background.
- Clear share quality and with the 80% face in focus.
- Printed on normal photographic paper (camera print).
- Full face, non-smiling [without glasses, a hat/cap or other head covering, unless the applicant wears such items because of their religious belief or ethnic background]
- Please stick the Photograph on the Visa Application Form.
- Note: Please follow these instructions carefully. If photographs presented do not meet these requirements your application will be considered incomplete. A photo booth meeting these requirements is available at the centre.
Processing Time
The normal visa processing period of the Consulate is 5 working days. Granting the decision of visa application is at complete discretion of Consulate.
